Memorial and In Honor Gifts
Remember a loved one with a gift to DTHD. When DTHD receives a memorial or in honor gift, we will send an acknowledgement to the person or family indicated, notifying them of your thoughtful donation without revealing the amount of your tax-deductible gift.
Estate and Planned Gifts
Meet your financial and charitable goals by making an estate or planned gift to DTHD. There are many types of planned gifts and many can offer significant tax benefits:
- Bequests from your last will and testament
- Naming DTHD as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy or retirement plan
- Designating DTHD as a beneficiary of a charitable trust or charitable annuity plan
- Donating real estate holdings
Investment and Stock Gifts
As an alternative to a cash gift, you can make a gift of stock to DTHD via direct transfer. To give a gift of stock, you must first inform your broker. For next steps and detailed transfer information, please contact DTHD.
Workplace/Matching Gifts
Many employers have matching gift programs that will match any charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees and/or spouses. Contact your employer to see if they have a matching gift program. Some will be administered entirely online, others may require you to personally fill out a matching gift form, which you can sign and send with your donation to:

Special Event Gifts
