Executive Director
Tanzania Health Partnership blends everything I’ve ever loved in my career: health care, nonprofits, and international work. I’m honored to play the role I do in helping our hospital sustain and grow, and the everyday stories of lives changed and saved — especially women’s — are my inspiration. My friends often tell me I have the best job of anyone they know, and I couldn’t agree more.

After living in Kenya for 4 years, I was excited to find a job based in Minnesota where I could still connect to life in East Africa! Supporting an incredible hospital– like DCMC– makes my job easy and fun. I love to tell the stories of the compassionate, lifesaving work happening at the medical center and connecting with donors who help to make it all happen!

I shared an office with Tanzania Health Partnership for four years before an opportunity to join the organization became available and it only made sense to jump on board! Behind the scenes – financials, databases, day-to-day minutiae – is where I thrive and I feel fortunate to be a part of something so special in this capacity. Seeing DCMC grow and flourish over the years is nothing short of inspiring and I cannot wait to visit in the near future!
