Big things happening at DCMC this week! 8 medical volunteers from Minnesota are at DCMC working with the eye clinic. Over 2 days of outreach, they provided eye test screenings to 1,200 kids and 200+ adults. Several received new glasses, and anyone requiring further care was brought to the medical center.
THANK YOU to these amazing volunteers for making a difference—one pair of eyes at a time!
DCMC’s brand new pharmacy building is officially OPEN! Patients with insurance will continue at the original location, while the new building is dedicated to direct-pay patients. This means faster, smoother service for everyone!
DCMC’s eye clinic is making a difference every week, caring for hundreds of patients! And next week, they`re teaming up with visiting doctors for a special Eye Care Week—bringing vision and hope to thousands! 👓💙

DCMC’s longest-running clinic is now able to offer on-site production of dentures, crowns, bridges, and other implants in its newly opened dental lab. The Dental Clinic sees hundreds of patients every month, many requiring restorative dentistry. Previously, patients had to wait several weeks for prosthetics to be made in Dar es Salaam, nearly 300 miles away. Now, they can receive comprehensive dental care in a single visit, ensuring faster service and better oral health.
